Our mission is to build a collaborative national movement that puts new, high-quality children's books into public schools and public libraries, so every young reader has stories they love within reach.

## How to donate

1. Go to https://www.sponsoraschool.org/donate.
2. Choose specific books (add them to a basket from https://www.sponsoraschool.org/books) or let Sponsor-A-School choose.
3. Pick an amount ($25, $90, $250, $1,000, or any amount from $25).
4. Optionally name up to five public schools or libraries (name, city, state, optional contact person). A search box finds any U.S. public school (NCES directory) or public library (IMLS Public Libraries Survey); https://www.sponsoraschool.org/donate?find=school opens it directly.
5. Add your contact details and choose public or anonymous recognition.
6. Complete payment on PNC Bank's secure payment page. Sponsor-A-School never sees card or bank details.
